PAyment required upfront, refunds available only prior to line art phase. Refunds will be sent in the case of illness/class workload increase.

General turnaround will be approximately two to four weeks, draft sketches of polished work are sent as made. The draft sketch and line art are sent without need for request. Up to two progress check requests are authorized at any time.

Up to one major change and two minor changes authorized to deliverable prior to finalized line art. (Be honest when sketch is sent)
